Boiler & Power Plant

We undertake operation and maintenance of various types of Boilers like AFBC, CFBC, FBC, Stoker fire, Stationary grate, moving grate, Dumping grate and Package Boilers along with Fuel management and Ash disposal as per GPCB norms. Currently we are operating Boilers up to 300 TPH.. we operating Boilers on different fuel such as Coal, Biomass Briquettes (Saw dust, Ground nut), Liquid fuels and Gas fuels.We also render services under preventive, predictive maintenance schedule.

Performance optimization of the Boiler. Training of operator for Efficient Boiler operation. Deputation of Boiler Engineers for overseas commissioning as per OEM’s requirement. We have experience in Operation & Manning of 3 MW Power Plant, 600 KW Steam Turbine, and Coal Fired AFBC Boiler along with related auxiliaries.

Utility & HVAC System

We undertake O&M of various UtilityEquipment like, Chilled Water Plant, Brine Chillers, Nitrogen Plants, Air Compressors with Air Dryer, RO Plant, DM Plant, ETP, MEE etc. We are providing Operation & Maintenance / Manning services for Chillers since 1999 as well as HVAC along with BMS. The main motto of the O & M services is to help our clients in minimizing machine down-time and increasing its performance by providing skilled & trained operators and by timely.O & M of HVAC System we are monitoring and maintaining the comfort cooling of Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Cinema Theatres, Multiplex, Corporate Companies Admin Building etc.

We are deputing Highly Skilled and well experienced Operators for Operation of HVAC System.O & M taken on basis of providing of Man Power or Comprehensive Contract which shall depend as per the Customer’s requirements.Equipment’s in O & M are covered; Chiller and Pumps related with HVAC, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Heat Recovery Units, fresh Air Units, Cooling Tower, water make up tanks related with HVAC etc.Our Operator logs the reading as per the format given by Client / given by us, his responsibility is to handle and maintain the entire HVAC System coming under the contract.

Building Management System

By BMS the HVAC System can be operated / controlled by the Computer and maintain the Room Temperature of various areas by increasing / reducing the valves, frequency of VFD’s etc. By BMS System we can check the CO2 level of Room / areas and can be maintained by opening the Fresh Air Dampers of Air Handling Units by BMS System.

We are providing the high Skilled, well experienced and Computer knowledgeable Operators for the BMS System Our deputed Operators well knowledgeable on CO2 level, maintaining the Room temperatures of various areas by operating the BMS.

Water Treatment Plants

We undertake O&M of various water treatment plants like RO Water Plant, Ultra Filtration Plant, MEE Plant, Sulphonation Plant, ETP Plant, WTP Plant, DM Plant.

Our dedicated service staff gives back office support for the O&M team by doing Health Inspection Visits, Attending Break Down Calls and recommending Spares & consumables to get optimum output of the plant.
